Follow the poem
Follow the poem
to the head of the stairs
and see where it
will lead you-
Follow it
and do not doubt
the light that beams there
despite the bites and nicks
and angry words...

Hold on
Hold on tight
and then let it go
with all your might,
allow the flow to
flower,
Trust the inner voice
to know the way-
no matter,
even if you feel lost-
It will be there,
It will not sway
just follow 
the way til
the end of the day
and your true self
will be there
waiting.....
